“
Across my work in hospital, private practice and the community, the same conversation kept finding me, often in passing. It was about what this work takes out of us, even when we love it. Each time, it struck me how many of us are carrying the same thing, often on our own.
I believe teams deserve support before they need it. Sometimes a leader brings that support to their team without anyone asking. Sometimes it’s because they have noticed the strain. Either way, that is a system taking care of its people. It moves me every time. And I’m always so grateful to be part of that.

What 90 minutes with your team looks like.
Every session mixes teaching with applied work, so each idea is put to use while it is still in front of the group. This one, The Battery Audit, helps staff recognize depletion early and build recovery that fits the working day.
Everyone leaves with a completed workbook: their own self-assessment, early warning signs, a set of recovery strategies sorted by the time they take and one commitment they can keep through a hard week.

Questions
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three months ahead gives you the best choice of dates. Shorter timelines are often possible, so if your date is sooner, get in touch.
What does it cost?
Fees are flat and set by format. Workbooks are quoted separately. Travel within Toronto and Halton Region is included. You’ll receive the full rate card after the call.
How many people can attend?
Talks work for groups of any size. Workshops work best with up to about 25 people. For full staff groups, additional facilitators support the room.
Will staff be asked to share anything personal?
No. No one is asked to disclose personal information. Participation in any exercise is optional.
Is this the same as therapy?
No. Sessions are training, not clinical services. They do not involve supervision, assessment or a therapeutic relationship.
Can sessions be online?
Yes. Dr. Stella hosts sessions on Zoom for Healthcare. Your organization shares the link with participants.
What if we’re not sure what we need?
That’s often the best starting point. On the call, Dr. Stella will ask what you’ve noticed or what you want your team to take away. She’ll shape the session from there.
